3. Liability Limitations

We do NOT guarantee that results comply with all Ukrainian building standards

4.4. Error-Free Operation

There may be errors in code, formulas, or database - we work on fixing them

5. Intellectual Property

5.3. Restrictions

5.4. Open Source Components

We use open-source libraries (Next.js, React, etc.)
Their licenses are available in the project LICENSE file
Modifications to open-source code are published per their licenses

6. User Conduct Rules

By using TermoFlo, you agree NOT to:

7. Account Termination

7.1. Your Right to Delete

✅ All your data will be deleted within 30 days
✅ Backups are deleted after 90 days
✅ Email [email protected] to expedite deletion

7.2. Our Right to Block

We reserve the right to block or delete your account if you:

⛔ Harm other users
⛔ Attempt to hack the system
⛔ Create multiple accounts to bypass limits

7.3. Consequences of Blocking

🔒 No refund for paid subscriptions
🔒 Possible denial of future registration

8. Terms Modifications

8.1. Right to Change

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. In case of changes:

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by the nearest legal equivalent.
