By registering on the TermoFlo website, you consent to the processing of all data entered during registration for the purpose of properly providing thermal calculation services, as stipulated in the Public Offer. Proper provision of services involves storing information on servers connected to the Internet.

1. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
1.1. During registration on the site, we ask you to provide necessary personal information to the extent required for providing services: email address, name (optional), password (stored in encrypted form).
1.2. Cookies — when you visit our site, we send one or more cookies to your computer or other device. Cookies are used to improve service quality: storing user settings, interface language, and calculation history.
1.3. Visit information — when accessing the site, our servers automatically record certain information. These logs may contain information such as web request, IP address, browser type and language, date and time of request.
1.4. TermoFlo may process personal information on servers in Ukraine and other European Union countries. In some cases, users' personal information is processed outside the user's country in accordance with GDPR requirements.

2.1. We have your permission. For the transfer of any confidential information, we need your explicit consent.

- compliance with Ukrainian legislation, including providing information at the request of government bodies entitled to receive such information under Ukrainian law;
- investigation of potential violations of the Public Offer;

- protection against immediate threat to the rights, property, or safety of TermoFlo, its users, or the public, within the framework of Ukrainian legislation.
3. INFORMATION PROTECTION
3.1. We take all necessary measures to protect data from unauthorized access, modification, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include: password encryption (bcrypt), HTTPS for all connections, JWT tokens for authentication, protected PostgreSQL database, regular backups.
4. ACCESS TO PERSONAL INFORMATION AND ITS UPDATE
4.1. We do everything in our power to provide you access to your personal data and either correct them if they are incorrect or delete them at your request, unless their storage is required by law. Before processing requests, we ask users to verify their identity and the information they want to obtain, correct, or delete.
